Top Driving Tips
  1. Even with so much snow in the country, driving isn't all that challenging. The main roads are kept clear all year round as are most of the smaller ones going to and from the resorts. The big rules you need to follow are the speed limits as you will get an on the spot fine and if you wear glasses then you will need a second pair in the car at all times. You may also need to carry snow chains which the local signs will inform you if you need to use them or not.

At the Airport
  1. The airport is small but very accomplished. What you will find is a couple of terminals with all the modern needs for the digital age and plenty of shopping and eating locations, all very clean and well laid out.

Airport Location
  1. The location of the airport is directly on the Switzerland/French boarder so is very well located. Due to how the airport is laid out you can exit on either the French of Swiss side making it easy to get to your desired location. You can easily get to many of the top ski locations in around an hour of leaving the airport.

Car Hire at the Airport
  1. Due to how airport is located there are 2 set of car hire pickups. Three global names can be found on both the French and Swiss side with desks in terminal and on the Swiss side you can find a further company just outside the main terminal.
