Dublin Introduction
  1. Ireland is globally famous for fantastic culture, amazing nightlife and stunning countryside. All three points are at their finest in the Irish capital Dublin. After seeing Vikings, Normans and finally becoming an independent country, Dublin's historical landmarks and architecture are always dominant, but with a modern influx of the young and trendy tourists, Dublin has become an exciting attraction for many European holiday goers.

Top Driving Tips
  1. Driving in Dublin is like same as driving in any UK city. Avoid the city centre at rush hour; this to be far is the standard rule 24/7. Everywhere is well sign posted and you can around in no time at all if you take a map/use GPS. If you're British then you'll have no problems.

At the Airport
  1. It may be the busiest airport in Ireland but it can handle everything it has to. Principally the airport sees its flights come and go from UK destination but it also serves Dubai and some USA destinations. The Loop which can be found in terminal 2 is an all out shopping and dining ring which offers a great range of everything you could possibly require.

Airport Location
  1. The airport is just outside the city ring road but still doesn't take long to get into the city centre, talking less than 20 minutes depending on the traffic. Ireland is a reasonably small country so realistically won't take you any longer than 3 hours to get to anywhere you desire.

Car Hire at the Airport
  1. Car hire at the airport is mainly represented by the globally known companies which have desks split between terminal 1 and 2 making it very convenient to get on your travels.
